Deactivate Account Alerts  Help with this page  
Cancel your Alerts service  — If you deactivate your Alerts service, you'll cancel all your scheduled Alerts and delete all your delivery profiles. If you only need to suspend and delete some of your Alerts or profiles, you don't need to deactivate the entire service.

Please keep in mind:
  • If you only want to suspend your Alerts service for a specific time period such as a vacation, please go to the "Suspend Account Alerts" page.
  • If you want to deactivate some, but not all, of your active Alerts, you can delete specific profiles on the Account Alerts Delivery Profiles page.
To cancel your service and stop receiving all Account Alerts click "Deactivate Alerts" below. This will end the delivery of all Account Alerts you have signed up for. You will have to reactivate the service if you want to schedule any future Alerts. Otherwise, please click "Cancel."

Note: If you use Chase MobileSM banking, deactivating your Alerts will not impact your ability to access your account using our mobile service.
