Update your profiles — You can change, delete and check the status of any current profile any time you want. You cannot delete a profile that uses your primary e-mail address. To add a new profile, click the available buttons below.

What is my primary e-mail address?

You have not activated Chase Mobile text service. To begin receiving text Alerts, you must first activate the Chase Mobile text service, and then update your Alerts delivery profiles.
