Then, enter the Deliver By date and payment amount and click "Next" when you are ready. Depending on how your payment can be delivered, the Send On date will tell you when the funds will be withdrawn from your account. To add a new Payee, choose "Add Payee" from the "I'd like to..." list in the column to the right.
