- What options are available for making a payment to my credit card?
The following options are available to make payment to your Chase credit card account:
Payment by Mail or Express Pay:
You can send your personal check or money order as payment for your account. For faster service, send your payment with certified, express or overnight delivery. Please be sure to note your account number on the check or money order payment. See "What address can I mail my credit card payment to?" for the regular and overnight payment addresses.
Auto Pay:
Your payment is automatically withdrawn each month from your checking account, with your prior written authorization. You may choose to pay the minimum amount due or the statement balance in full. As payments are posted to your credit card account on your due date, you will have the assurance your payments will always be on time. See “How do I process an online payment?” instructions for Automatic Payment.
E-Pay:
Make your payment quickly and easily by calling our toll-free number, and providing your checking account number. Please note: A fee may apply for this service.
On-line:
You can make your payment with a valid checking account by visiting our website. See “How do I process an online payment?” instructions.
Western Union Quick Collect:
When processing a payment using cash at a Western Union location, please use one of the following Code Cities:

Bank wire transfer:
If wiring the payment from your bank, please advise the teller that you wish to wire transfer a payment to your credit card account and use the following information:

- How can I view my recent payment online? How can I confirm the amount of my last payment or past payments?
1. Log on to your account with your user ID and password click the credit card account you want to manage.
2. From the Account Details page, click "See payment history" under "I'd like to. . ."
OR
1. Log on to your account with your user ID and password and click the Payments & Transfers tab.
2. Click the Card Payments tab within the Payments & Transfers page if it isn't already selected, then click "See payment history" under "Related Links."
Note: The payment history provided will only reflect those payments manually scheduled through our website. Automatic payments, payments sent through another bill payment service or any other payment method will not be available for review in the payment history, but can be viewed in your transaction history.
In order to view your most recent transactions, or your statement transactions, please follow the instructions below:
1. From the My Accounts page, select the "See more information" link provided below the credit card account summary.
2. Select "Go to account activity" on the right-hand navigation bar.
3. Once on the Account Activity page you may select All Activity or Activity from the most current statement from the drop-down list.
4. You may also search for a specific time period and transaction type at the bottom of the Account Activity page.
You may view up to the last 90 days of activity in your transaction history.
- What is my payment due date? What is my minimum payment amount?
You will be able to check your payment due date on our website from the My Accounts page once you log in with your User ID and Password. It is labeled PAYMENT DUE DATE under the specified credit card account.
- How do I enroll to make online payments? How do I process an online payment?
1. Log on to your account with your User ID and Password.
2. From the My Accounts page, click "Pay credit card" in the account summary section or under "Payments & Transfers." If you haven't already set up at least one payment account, you'll then see the Enroll Payment Account page. If you have set up a payment account, then you'll see the Pay Credit Card page and can skip to step 6.
3. On the Enroll Payment Account page, please provide information about your payment account and click "Next."
4. On the Verify page, make sure your information is correct and then click "Enroll Payment Account."
5. On the Confirmation page, click "Pay card."
6. On the Pay Credit Card page, select whether you want to pay the balance from your latest statement, the minimum amount, your current balance, or another amount. Enter the date you want to send the payment and click "Next."
7. On the Verify page, make sure your payment information is correct and then click "Make Payment."
8. You may wish to print the Confirmation page for your records.
Another way to pay online is to set up an Automatic Payment:
1. Log on to our website with your User ID and Password and click the credit card account you would like to set up for automatic payments.
2. On the Account Details page, click the "See automatic payments" link under "I'd like to..." If you don't have an automatic payment set up, the Set Up Automatic Payments - Payment Information page will display.
3. Choose the payment account and click "Next."
4. On the Verify page, make sure your payment information is correct and then click "Next."
5. On the eAuthorization page, read the Agreement, click " Yes, I have read and accept the above agreement," and then click "Complete Setup." You'll see the Confirmation page.
