Customer must have or open a Bank One consumer checking account to receive rewards. To receive the existing customer bonus, a qualifying account must be opened and customer must have had an account open for at least one year. Only one existing customer bonus per customer. Online bill payment, automatic loan payment, direct deposit and Bank One Equiline Visa Card do not qualify for the existing customer bonus. Automatic loan payment is good for any Bank One loan, lease, line of credit or mortgage payment deducted from any Bank One checking account. Customer must sign up for direct deposit and Bank One automatic loan payment in a banking center to qualify for a reward. Payment of online bill payment reward is automated, and reward will be processed if customer pays first bill online by July 26, 2003. Total rewards per household may not exceed $200.
BLOCKBUSTER Movie Rental Card(s) and Sony™ electronics are considered rewards and the $200 limit is based on the Average Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). If an electronic reward takes the total reward value over $200, the electronic item will be replaced with BLOCKBUSTER Movie Rental Cards, so the total reward value does not exceed the $200 limit.
Accounts must be opened with money not currently on deposit at Bank One. Offer not valid on account conversions or in combination with any other offers. Offer is only available on consumer products. If account is closed within 6 months of opening, Bank One reserves the right to debit back the cost of the reward premium(s).
Customer will receive a coupon to receive BLOCKBUSTER Movie Rental Card(s) and/or Sony™ electronics by mail. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. See coupon for redemption instructions. Movie Rental Cards are not able to be used at ATMs, and are not redeemable for cash, or able to be used online. Rewards can only be shipped within the fifty (50) United States. Nonresident aliens must provide a valid U.S. address and alternative ID number.
For checking and savings accounts, the reward may be considered interest reportable on IRS Form 1099-INT.
